Responsibilities

- Diagnose appliance issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools to identify root causes accurately.
- Repair and replace faulty components in appliances such as washers, dryers, refrigerators, ovens, and HVAC systems.
- Interpret electrical wiring diagrams and schematics to troubleshoot complex electrical problems effectively.
- Assemble appliances or parts as needed, ensuring proper fit and function according to manufacturer specifications.
- Provide outstanding customer service by explaining repairs clearly, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.




- Test repaired appliances thoroughly to confirm proper operation before returning them to customers.
- Maintain detailed service records, including work performed, parts used, and diagnostic findings for each job.

Requirements

- Proven electrical experience with the ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in appliance repair or related fields such as HVAC or assembly work.
- Familiarity with appliance components, troubleshooting techniques, and repair procedures.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple service calls.
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to electrical systems and mechanical repairs.
- Preferred experience includes HVAC systems, schematics interpretation, mechanical assembly, or related technical certifications.
