About the Opportunity - Own the full accounts receivable cycle, including reviewing invoices for accuracy, applying customer payments, and reconciling accounts to resolve discrepancies.

- Proactively follow up on overdue balances, monitor aging reports, and escalate long‑outstanding accounts through the collections process.
- Coordinate with project and operations teams to resolve billing gaps, respond to customer inquiries on invoices and statements, and support month‑end AR reporting.

About

You - A detail-oriented accounting professional with 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable, reconciliation, or collections.

- Comfortable working in an ERP system and confident in Excel, with the accuracy and organization needed to manage multiple accounts at once.




- A clear communicator who can work independently while coordinating across teams, and who brings a customer-service mindset to collections conversations.

Pay Range $28 - $30 / hour This position for employment is for a current vacancy with Vaco/Highspring's client. You must currently reside within the Greater Toronto Area and be permitted to work in Canada to be considered for this opportunity.
