In collaboration with the Director of Slope Operations, you'll oversee a diverse team engaged in grooming, snowmaking, and summer projects.

Your responsibilities include inspiring team members and creating a sense of belonging while ensuring guests receive an outstanding mountain experience. Strong expertise in snowmaking or grooming is essential for the role. Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise Groomers, Snowmakers, and Heavy Equipment Operators
- Coach team members to enhance performance and engagement
- Develop and implement schedules while managing budgets




- Enforce safety protocols and handle emergency procedures
- Monitor equipment status for optimal operational efficiency Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on snowmaking or grooming experience
- Experience in landscape construction is a plus
- Proven ability to lead teams of 30 or more
- Willingness to work outdoors in extreme weather conditions
