We are currently seeking a Veterinary Assistant to join our hospital team. This position provides hands‑on patient support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day and takes pride in creating a welcoming experience for both pets and their families.

What You'll Be Doing

Welcoming clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion

Coordinating appointments and managing client communications by phone and email

Maintaining accurate medical records and client information

Assisting veterinarians and RVTs with patient care, treatments, and examinations

Supporting diagnostic and treatment procedures as directed by the medical team

Ensuring treatment, exam, and kennel areas remain clean, organized, and well-stocked

Providing pet owners with guidance on home care instructions and preventive healthcare recommendations

Helping create a positive experience for every client and patient who walks through our doors

What We’re Looking For





Previous experience in a veterinary clinic, animal care environment, or customer service role A genuine passion for animal health and client care

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities The ability to prioritize tasks and adapt in a fast-paced workplace A collaborative, team-first mindset

Familiarity with veterinary software, is considered an asset

Knowledge of veterinary terminology and basic clinical procedures is beneficial but not required
