Make a significant impact in the AV Installation Technician role, focusing on installation tasks and technical problem-solving. This hands-on position includes site travel and interaction with customers. As an AV Installation Technician, your main responsibilities encompass cable pulling, connector soldering, and understanding electronic schematics.
You’ll need a minimum of two years’ experience in audiovisual installations and be able to communicate and collaborate effectively with customers and team members. This role also involves some mentoring responsibilities for entry-level technicians. Key Responsibilities:
- Execute installation tasks for various AV projects
- Solder and crimp connectors using power tools
- Communicate effectively with Project Managers about job status
- Travel to job sites to complete installations
- Engage in basic mechanical fabrication Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience preferred in AV installation
- High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Must have a valid Driver's License
- Basic signal flow knowledge in audio, video, and control
