Duties

- Prepare a variety of baked goods including bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies with precision and creativity
- Decorate cakes and desserts using various techniques to meet customer specifications and presentation standards
- Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures to ensure product quality and safety
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as measuring ingredients, mixing doughs, and assembling baked items
- Package baked goods efficiently for retail display or customer takeout while maintaining freshness and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness of the bakery area,



including equipment sanitation and workspace organization
- Support the team during busy periods by managing multiple baking stations and ensuring timely production of products

Skills

- Proven experience in baking, cake decorating, or a related food industry role
- Robust knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
- Excellent skills in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Exceptional customer service skills to engage positively with customers and address their needs
- Experience with restaurant or bakery environments is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with packaging techniques for baked goods and food industry best practices
