Duties

- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service to enhance their overall experience.
- Manage bar inventory, restocking supplies as needed, and accurately handle cash and card transactions using POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and food handling regulations.
- Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, intervening when necessary to uphold responsible alcohol service.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours, supporting serving staff and kitchen personnel as needed.




- Follow all food safety protocols and health regulations diligently to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff alike.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in restaurant or food service environments, particularly in bartending or serving roles.
- Proficiency with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar cash handling technology.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, change calculation, and order processing.
- Experience with food industry operations, including bartending, serving, cashiering, and food safety practices, is highly desirable.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the establishment.
