Introduction

The IT Project Management team is dedicated to managing IT transformation projects across various business lines. Team members possess solid functional and business knowledge, along with a comprehensive understanding of Banking, Payments, and Cash Management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 10 years’ experience as a Project Manager
- Experience in Cash Management, SWIFT payments, & Banking
- Consulting experience
- Expertise in functional & operational knowledge of Global Banking activities
- Deep knowledge of & experience executing all project management concepts
- Project planning, documentation experience, & stakeholder management
- Excellent level of knowledge of MS Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
- Proficiency in English & French

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university with a focus on IT, Business Administration, or other relevant fields of study
- 10 years of relevant industry experience in Banking

Day-to-Day Responsibilities





- Manage and lead assigned projects to completion with delivery of agreed objectives
- Ensure that all projects follow Group Policies and Procedures, including proper Project Governance & Software Development Lifecycle
- Identify and obtain buy-in from the Primary Project Stakeholders and Sponsors
- Leverage expertise and problem-solving skills to propose solutions during each phase of the project
- Drive the delivery effort by maintaining project lists, organizing follow-up meetings, creating and distributing meeting minutes
- Ensure clear communication of goals, budget, risks, efforts involved, & project status
- Work closely with all functions - Front office, Operations, Finance, Compliance, Legal, Risk, etc., to ensure successful delivery of project objectives
- Manage situations of conflict and constraints to ensure the success of the project
- Provide project plans, status reports, track issues and risks, budget/actuals tracking, testing coordination, implementation plan preparation, and oversight
