Reporting to the Banquet Maître d’Hôtel, the Banquet Attendant works within the Food & Beverage Department and is primarily responsible for table maintenance, as well as the setup and teardown of meeting and banquet rooms, in order to meet the establishment’s and guests’ expectations.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Set up and dismantle meeting and banquet rooms according to established standards;

Maintain cleanliness of work areas by participating in daily and weekly cleaning tasks;

Install and set up certain equipment;

Prepare buffet stations for food and beverage service;

Warmly welcome guests;

Demonstrate discretion and ensure guest confidentiality.

QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to work under pressure;

Energetic and proactive;

Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities;

Team-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a collaborative work environment;

Skilled appearance and presentation;

Flexible availability (days, evenings, and weekends);

Excellent communication skills in both English and French, both spoken and written.
