As a Barista, you prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, primarily coffee and espresso-based drinks, following established recipes and quality standards. You welcome customers, take their orders, and provide friendly and effective service. You also maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare and serve coffee beverages and other drinks;

Engage and interact with both new and returning customers;

Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation;

Follow health and safety guidelines;

Adhere to recipes and presentation standards for food and beverages;

Keep your work station clean and organized at all times;

Process payments and provide excellent customer service;

Welcome customers and take their orders.

QUALIFICATIONS: At least one year of experience in the coffee service industry;

Experienced and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment;

Friendly, outgoing, and dedicated to providing exceptional service;

Well-organized and self-disciplined;

Detail-oriented and passionate about product quality.
