Responsibilities

- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and accommodating special requests.
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks to standard.
- Clean and sanitize dishware, drinkware, and utensils to food secure standard.
- Help customers follow store policies.
- Take orders accurately using Square POS, ensuring quick and correct transactions.
- Serve food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and handling procedures.
- Manage cash handling duties with basic math skills to process payments accurately and give correct change.




- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, storage area, bars, and dishwashing station.

Experience

- Previous barista experience or background in the food industry is preferred but not required; we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment while multitasking between serving, drink prep, dishwashing, and cashiering duties.
- Solid customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude that enhances guest satisfaction.
- Knowledge of basic math for cash handling and transaction processing is essential.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures is highly valued.

Pay: $15.35-$17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
