The Bartender advises guests, takes orders, and serves food and beverages at the bar. They also collaborate with other members of the dining room team to provide guests with an exceptional experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Set up the bar to ensure all necessary products and equipment are available;

Greet guests courteously and professionally;

Take orders from guests or servers;

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages;

Prepare guest checks and process payments;

Conduct bar inventory and order missing supplies as needed;

Maintain a clean and organized bar area;

Assist the dining room service team when required;

Ensure guest satisfaction and handle complaints when necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of one (1) year of experience in the same or a similar position;

Excellent knowledge of cocktails, wines, and coffee beverages;

Strong customer service skills;

Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team;

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment;

Availability to work evenings and weekends;

Solid organizational skills;

Excellent communication skills in both French and English, both spoken and written.
