Excel as a Bilingual Advisor Onboarding Officer with Aviso Wealth, committed to providing top-tier service to recent advisors. This essential role guarantees a smooth transition for our partners. As part of the Partner and Client Onboarding team, report to the Operations Manager and utilize your 2-3 years of financial experience.

Your expertise in onboarding processes will ensure client and advisor inquiries are addressed efficiently. The role requires a dedication to high-quality service and effective communication. Key Responsibilities:

- Guide advisors through the onboarding journey and procedures
- Educate on the Dataphile system and related practices
- Answer onboarding queries as a Subject Matter Expert




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure swift onboarding
- Keep track of advisor progress via the Onboarding Dashboard Requirements:
- Post-secondary education or comparable experience
- Experience in the financial industry, 2-3 years required
- Completion of the Canadian Securities Course preferred
- Attention to detail and strong customer service skills
