Duties

- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently to ensure timely payments and collections
- Perform regular bank reconciliations to verify account balances and identify discrepancies
- Conduct account analysis and prepare detailed reports for management review
- Assist with payroll processing, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and accurate employee payments




- Support budgeting activities by tracking expenses and comparing them against forecasts
- Reconcile accounts regularly to uphold data integrity and prevent errors or fraud

Requirements

- Proven experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero is essential
- Solid understanding of bookkeeping principles, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliation processes
- Knowledge of payroll procedures and related compliance requirements
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to analyze accounts critically
- Ability to perform account reconciliation and account analysis accurately under tight deadlines
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial reporting tools
- Effective communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
