We are seeking an outgoing, high-energy, and reliable Part-Time Budtender to join our team. The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality, loves connecting with people, and is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service. You will act as the face of our dispensary, helping to guide customers through their retail experience with positive vibes and professional service.

Shift availability Required

This is a adaptable, part-time position. Candidates must be available to work a combination of the following:

- Days (Weekdays)
- Evenings
- Weekends

Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products tailored to their preferences and needs
- Educate customers on product effects, usage methods, and safety guidelines to ensure responsible consumption
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and receipt issuance
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to enhance product visibility and appeal
- Upsell additional products and accessories to maximize customer satisfaction and store sales
- Manage inventory levels through proper filing, stock replenishment, and recording product movements




- Ensure compliance with all legal regulations and store policies related to product sales and customer safety
- Verify customer identification strictly to ensure legal compliance

Skills

- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and sales calculations
- Experience with retail sales, cashiering, or hospitality environments is highly desirable
- Familiarity with POS systems, computer operation
- Knowledge of merchandising techniques to create attractive displays that drive sales.

Requirements and Qualifications

- Age Limit: Must be 19 years or older (Legal requirement for cannabis retail)
- Certification: Must possess or be willing to complete a valid CannSell Ontario Certification prior to starting.
- Personality: Excellent Communication Skills, an approachable demeanor, and a "customer first" attitude.
- Experience: Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is a strong asset, but an amazing attitude is our priority.

Pay: From $17.95 per hour

Expected hours: 16.0 – 18.0 per week
