Key Responsibilities
- Drive Growth & Revenue: Hit target sales goals, meet core business objectives, and execute strategic market expansion across key territories.
- Expand Market Reach: Accelerate adoption via strategic channel sales across the Enterprise, Education, Hospitality, Commercial, and Government sectors.
- Empower Channel Partners: Onboard, train, and enable channel partners to ensure scalable, sustainable long-term revenue growth.
- Nurture Key Relationships: Build and maintain high-value channel partnerships through regular executive engagement and business reviews.
- Pipeline & Deal Execution: Uncover new market opportunities, manage complex project requirements, and lead high-stakes deals through to closure.
- End-to-End Sales Enablement: Partner directly with channels to deliver high-impact solution presentations, lead tender project submissions, drive product promotions, and navigate commercial negotiations.
- Marketing & Field Activities: Coordinate channel training programs, marketing initiatives, industry trade shows, and joint customer visits.
- Market Intelligence: Gather ongoing competitive analysis, track emerging industry trends, and feed key market insights back to executive leadership.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner seamlessly with internal Marketing, Pre-sales, Technical Support,
and Operations teams to guarantee flawless project delivery.
- Forecast & Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate sales forecasts, update pipeline metrics continuously, and deliver regular business performance reports.
Required Skills and Experience
- At least 5 years of successful experience in channel sales or business development, ideally within IT, AV, qualified displays, EdTech, or collaboration solutions.
- Deep familiarity with channel sales models and hands-on experience managing distributors, resellers, and system integrators (SIs).
- Strong track record in driving market development strategies and leading complex projects from start to finish.
- Advanced negotiation skills, strong presentation abilities, and a proven knack for cultivating executive-level relationships.
- Highly self-motivated with a strong bias for action and a goal-driven mindset.
- Outstanding collaboration skills with the ability to work seamlessly across diverse internal teams.
- Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Hands-on mastery of CRM platforms and the Microsoft Office suite.
Prefer if candidate have
- Prior exposure to interactive flat panels, smart education tools, professional displays, or collaboration platforms.
- Fluent in Mandarin.
