Responsibilities

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, ensuring clear communication and excellent phone etiquette
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and account details while maintaining a friendly and helpful attitude
- Conduct data entry with precision to update customer records, transaction logs, and support documentation
- Assist customers with troubleshooting issues or concerns, demonstrating strong analysis skills to resolve problems effectively
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Communicate clearly in both English and Spanish (bilingual ability preferred) to serve a diverse client base




- Maintain detailed records of interactions, follow-up actions, and customer feedback for continuous improvement

Qualifications

- Proven experience in customer service or call center roles with excellent communication skills
- Robust data entry skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping
- Multilingual abilities, especially fluency in English and Spanish, are highly desirable
- Demonstrated analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide suitable solutions
- Experience in sales or upselling techniques to promote products or services effectively
- Exceptional phone etiquette and professional demeanor during all interactions
