Employing motivational interviewing and trauma-informed approaches, you'll help participants navigate their recovery journey while advocating for their needs. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide frontline recovery coaching support in the center
- Conduct rapid assessments for urgent participant needs
- Connect participants to housing and treatment services quickly




- Collaborate with participants to understand their goals
- Accurately document participant interactions and outcomes Requirements:
- Completion of peer recovery support training preferred
- 1–2 years experience in peer support or crisis work
- Deep understanding of addiction and marginalized needs
- Robust interpersonal communication skills
