The Children's Ministry Coordinator (Victoria) exists to provide practical ministry and team support for Coastline Kids at the Victoria Campus, with a primary emphasis on the healthy and effective execution of Elementary Ministry on Sunday mornings.
This role will work closely with the Children and Families Pastor to help strengthen volunteer teams, oversee Elementary rostering and Sunday execution, and develop capable team leads who can increasingly carry ministry ownership. The role will also provide appropriate weekday support for Victoria Children's Ministry and Central Children's Ministry initiatives as capacity allows.
The position will generally include Sunday mornings from approximately 8:00 AM–1:00 PM, along with one designated office day each week for the remaining hours or a portion of those hours. Hours may be adaptable around significant ministry events and seasonal ministry needs.
