Join the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO) as a Case Assessment Officer. This hybrid role focuses on thorough investigation of investor complaints and regulatory analysis. As a Case Assessment Officer in the CIRO’s Enforcement Department, your primary responsibility will be managing regulatory complaints from investors and assessing for potential misconduct.

You will gather and analyze information, prepare comprehensive reports, and liaise with various regulatory bodies to ensure proper action is taken on complaints. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct investigations on regulatory complaints efficiently
- Gather and analyze financial information accurately
- Record detailed information in compliance with CIRO procedures
- Communicate assessment outcomes to stakeholders clearly
- Perform daily reviews of the ComSet database submissions Requirements:
- University degree in finance or economics
- Completed Canadian Securities Course required
- 2 to 3 years of financial industry experience
- Understanding of CIRO’s rules and securities legislation
