100 Mile House

At Allteck, our values aren’t just words on a wall — they shape how we work every day. Safety comes first, always; we believe good safety is good business, and our mission is to make sure everyone goes home. We genuinely care about our people and the communities where we live and work, because we know that great work is built on looking out for one another.

And when we make a commitment, we keep it — we take ownership, follow through, and earn trust through consistent actions. If that sounds like the kind of team you want to be part of, we’d like to hear from you.

We are currently seeking a Clearing Supervisor to join our field operations team. This is a field-based position leading right-of-way clearing crews on active transmission line and substation construction projects. Day-to-day, you will plan and supervise mechanical clearing operations, enforce safety standards, and manage crew productivity and cost to keep projects running efficiently and in alignment with contractual requirements.

The Clearing Supervisor leads and directs multiple right-of-way clearing crews to support construction of transmission lines and substations, ensuring clearing scope is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. Responsible for work planning, safety enforcement, and coordination with Project Managers and General Foremen to keep clearing operations aligned with contract requirements. This role will also include field-level coordination with landowners, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
