We are looking for a CNC Machinist to join our growing machine shop. The ideal candidate has hands-on CNC milling experience and is comfortable setting up and operating machines independently.

Must be available and willing to work overtime.

Schedule:

- 10-hour shifts
- Monday to Friday
- Saturdays when required based on workload

Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC milling machines independently
- Operate 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machines
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
- Set tools, work offsets, fixtures, and workholding
- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet drawing specifications and tolerances
- Use precision measuring equipment including micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and other inspection tools
- Make basic machine/tooling adjustments as required to maintain part quality
- Monitor machining operations and identify tooling or quality issues




- Perform routine machine maintenance and keep the work area clean and organized
- Follow company quality procedures and safety requirements

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of CNC machining experience
- CNC milling setup and operating experience required
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to read engineering drawings and understand dimensions and tolerances
- Comfortable using precision measuring instruments
- Experience with 5-axis machining is an asset
- Solid attention to detail and commitment to producing quality parts
