Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented person to join our Commercial cleaning team at Homemakers Company!

The ideal candidate will have a robust commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments.

This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning tasks, ensuring that all areas meet our high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Experience in commercial cleaning or professional cleaning is a bonus but willing to train.

Responsibilities

- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. changing and sorting garbages.
- Must be comfortable with disarming and arming alarm systems for buildings.
- Must be comfortable with using a key or access code to enter building
- Must be comfortable with working night shifts or early morning shifts. Will be in offices while office staff are not at work.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and effectively.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and schedules to maintain consistency in service delivery.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning tasks.
- Interact professionally with clients and office staff when/if needed.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when restocking is necessary.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.




- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated time frames.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs at times.
