Working as a Patrol Constable, you will play an essential role in maintaining the peace and conducting detailed investigations.
Your position will require you to consistently communicate with community members, including high-risk individuals. You'll also report incidents accurately while managing emergency first aid responses and collaborating with various agencies to support community efforts. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct patrols and enforce Criminal and Provincial laws
- Respond to emergencies and manage critical incidents
- Facilitate access to medical treatment and administer first aid
- Liaise with the community to foster trust and safety
- Complete reports on investigations and incident circumstances Requirements:
- Minimum age must be 19 years with no unresolved criminal record
- Valid class 5 BC Driver’s License is essential
- High school education or equivalent is required
- Must possess Standard First Aid and CPR certifications
