This role focuses on delivering alternative justice services and facilitating workshops for youth and adults. Candidates should possess a robust customer service background and be committed to the YMCA Mission and Values. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver alternative justice services to youth and adults
- Develop and facilitate engaging workshops
- Monitor community service placements with nonprofits
- Liaise with justice agencies and community partners
- Conduct outreach to stakeholders and community groups Requirements:
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Post-secondary degree in social services or related field
- Class G Driver's License and own vehicle
- Experience creating and delivering workshops
