- Implement individualized support plans in residential care
- Provide assistance with client appointments in the community
- Conduct daily documentation and follow care protocols
- Engage in activities that promote client independence
- Uphold safety and health policies at all times Requirements:
- Class 5 BC Driver's License with liability insurance
- Minimum of 1 year experience in youth support
- Certification in First Aid and CPR required
- Criminal Record Clearance and Positive Behaviour Management Training necessary
