Southern Health-Santé Sud in Swan Lake is hiring a Health Care Aide at Lorne Memorial Hospital. This in‑person, 0.70 FTE role supports residents in activities of daily living under nursing team supervision and follows established care plans.

The schedule includes day, night and weekend shifts with 7.75 hours per day.

Requires

Grade 12, a Health Care Aide certificate, BLS certification, and ability to work in a culturally diverse workplace.
