With at least 3 years of experience in wood finishing or as an active apprentice, your skills in multitasking and problem-solving will ensure seamless project flow. You will play a pivotal role in color matching and applying protective coatings to guarantee the highest quality millwork. Key Responsibilities:

- Sand and fill imperfections for flawless wood surfaces
- Execute precision color matching for custom cabinetry
- Implement protective and decorative coatings




- Conduct thorough inspections for quality assurance
- Ensure a defect-free rate of at least 98% Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of finishing experience or 2nd/3rd year apprentice
