Join NL Health Services as a CorCare Principal Trainer, a Clinical Pharmacist IIA role that enhances digital health training. This position offers a hybrid work model and travel opportunities. In this permanent full-time position, you will support the continuous improvement of CorCare (Epic) training across NLHS.
Your responsibilities will involve developing role-specific training materials, assessing user needs, and delivering effective training sessions. You'll work collaboratively to address emerging needs and ensure quality improvements in the Health Information System (HIS). Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive training needs assessments
- Deliver high-quality CorCare training sessions
- Create and maintain training resources for end users
- Serve as an expert in clinical application workflows
- Train additional trainers and support staff Requirements:
- Graduation from a School of Pharmacy
- Current licensure with the College of Pharmacy
- Minimum five years’ experience in a clinical discipline
- Commitment to obtaining Epic Certification
- Robust understanding of pharmacy and clinical workflows Contribute to the effective training of clinical staff using CorCare technology in Newfoundland and Labrador.
