Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Java Developer with 7–12+ years of experience, with solid Core Java and backend development, Must have 3+ years of Apache Spark and Python, strong SQL/Linux skills, and experience building distributed data-processing/analytical applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable server-side applications using Core Java and Python.
- Develop and optimize large-scale data processing applications using Apache Spark .
- Design and implement data processing solutions for high-volume and complex datasets.
- Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries and database solutions.
- Integrate analytical platforms and data processing systems with enterprise applications.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Apply strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming, and multithreading .
- Troubleshoot application, data processing, and system performance issues.
- Work extensively in Linux/Unix environments for application deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Participate in application architecture, technical design, and code reviews.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, data engineers, QA teams, and other stakeholders .
- Follow coding standards, security practices, design principles, and software development best practices.
- Support CI/CD pipelines , application releases, and overall application lifecycle management.
- Contribute to improving application scalability, reliability, performance, and maintainability.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong hands-on experience in Core Java development.
- Proven experience working with Apache Spark for distributed data processing.
- Strong development experience with Python .
- Strong proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
- Solid working knowledge of Linux/Unix environments.
- Experience developing server-side applications and microservices .
- Experience designing and integrating analytical and data processing systems .

- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes .
- Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices .
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Experience in Financial Services or Capital Markets is a plus.
