Drawing on more than 10 years of experience, your focus will be on drafting, negotiating, and providing advice on a wide range of commercial contracts. You'll also mentor and develop team members, ensuring they are equipped to meet the evolving challenges of the industry. Key Responsibilities:
- Advise business partners on legal and compliance issues
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements
- Manage privacy-related matters and compliance initiatives
- Identify and mitigate legal risks for strategic projects
- Provide leadership and coaching to legal staff Requirements:
- LLB or JD degree with Bar admission in Ontario
- At least 10 years of relevant corporate law experience
- Expertise in commercial contracts and privacy law
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
