FIREFLY in Kenora is looking for a Counsellor to support the mental health of children and families. This full-time role focuses on delivering comprehensive mental health services collaboratively. In this Counsellor role at FIREFLY, you will aid in enhancing families' mental well-being across Northwestern Ontario.

This position allows you to provide both individual and group counselling while working closely with an interdisciplinary team. The position requires commitment to high-quality service, flexibility in scheduling, and some travel. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide evidence-informed counselling services
- Develop personalized intervention plans for clients
- Collaborate with community partners for integrated support
- Offer services in various locations, including virtually
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation as needed Requirements:
- Master's degree in a Human Services field preferred
- Membership in a recognized College required
- Experience working with youth and families is preferred
- Solid organizational skills
