FIREFLY in Kenora is looking for a Counsellor to support the mental health of children and families. This full time role focuses on delivering comprehensive mental health services collaboratively. In this Counsellor role at FIREFLY, you will aid in enhancing families' mental well-being across Northwestern Ontario.

This position allows you to provide both individual and group counselling while working closely with an interdisciplinary team. The position requires commitment to high-quality service, flexibility in scheduling, and some travel. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide evidence-informed counselling services
- Develop personalized intervention plans for clients
- Collaborate with community partners for integrated support
- Offer services in various locations, including virtually
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation as needed Requirements:
- Master's degree in a Human Services field preferred
- Membership in a recognized College required
- Experience working with youth and families is preferred
- Strong organizational skills
