The County of Warner No. 5 is seeking a skilled Public Works Secretary to assist with administration activities. As a Public Works Secretary, you will be pivotal in maintaining records and calculating costs for essential projects such as road construction and maintenance.

Your robust organizational skills will contribute to accurate record-keeping and timely support for departmental operations. This position requires you to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, ensuring smooth operations in a busy environment. Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and update records for Public Works projects
- Prepare and calculate costs for various infrastructure initiatives




- Respond to inquiries and assist municipal staff
- Prepare grant documentation and agreements
- Support additional administrative needs as directed Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED, post-secondary education beneficial
- Valid Class 5 driver's license or willingness to upgrade
- At least five years' experience in public works
- Proficiency in relevant computer programs
