Job Summary The Customer Care Coordinator Co-op will support customer inquiries, surveys, and product specification updates. Working closely with the Quality Assurance team, this hands-on role ensures exceptional customer service and world-class support throughout the customer care process.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer care support, resolving complex issues effectively and efficiently
- Submit Finished Goods applications for Kosher, Halal, Organic, and GMO certifications
- Maintain customer portals by uploading recent or updated product SKUs
- Manage manufacturing process sheets for new and updated SKUs
- Complete customer surveys and questionnaires promptly with accurate feedback
- Follow up with facilities to ensure corrective actions are implemented and communicated
- Issue and track supplier nonconformance reports
- Perform sensory evaluations to confirm that finished products meet specifications
- Assist the Customer Care Program Lead in analyzing KPIs to improve customer and vendor activities
Key Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Food Science, Quality Assurance, or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Working knowledge of ERP and MRP systems
