About Us

Explore World Journeys specializes in curated, premium travel experiences for guests travelling across Asia, Africa, India, the Middle East, and other international destinations.

We are looking for a customer service executive to join our team and be an important point of contact for our clients throughout their travel journey. This role combines customer service, travel operations, documentation, supplier coordination, and pre-departure planning.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating with both clients and international suppliers while managing multiple travel arrangements and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients via email and phone.
- Collect and maintain accurate client information, including passport details, dietary requirements, allergies, and special requests.
- Assist clients with visa applications and documentation.
- Coordinate with international suppliers to finalize itineraries, hotels, transportation, guides, excursions, and other arrangements.
- Manage and fulfill client-specific requests and special arrangements.
- Prepare and assemble physical travel packages, including itineraries, tickets, vouchers, travel guides, and other travel documents.
- Ensure travel packages are dispatched at least 45 days before departure and track delivery.
- Conduct detailed pre-departure quality checks to ensure all arrangements and documentation are accurate.
- Handle client concerns and resolve travel-related issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate client records and handle personal information responsibly.

What We’re Looking For





- 2+ years of experience in customer service, travel operations, tourism, hospitality, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients, departures, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Comfortable communicating with international suppliers and service providers.
- Strong follow-up, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Professional, friendly, and empathetic approach to customer service.
- Comfortable working with travel documents, itineraries, reservations, and client information.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office/365, email, and online systems.
- Travel booking systems, itinerary management, visa processing, or international travel experience are assets.
