You’re the friendly, organized voice of Jumbo. We’re urgently hiring a Customer Service Representative who can field calls, book service appointments, and keep customers feeling taken care of, from the first ring to the final follow-up. HOURS: Full-time position with a scheduled shift of either 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. or 11:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries with a friendly, helpful attitude
- Schedule and confirm service appointments using our dispatch software
- Coordinate with field technicians and dispatch to ensure smooth, on-time service
- Follow up with customers after service to confirm satisfaction and address concerns
- Process bookings, quotes, and basic billing questions accurately
- Support the office team with administrative tasks as needed

REQUIREMENTS




- 1+ years of customer service experience; trades or service-industry experience is a robust asset
- Excellent phone manner and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using scheduling software and basic computer programs
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and helpful under pressure
- Positive, team-oriented attitude

BONUS — NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with ServiceTitan, Jobber, or similar field-service software
- Familiarity with plumbing or home-services terminology

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
