- Assist patrons with program registrations effectively
- Handle payments and provide receipts promptly
- Promote safety and a positive customer experience
- Ensure all patron interactions are professional
- Support the broader community services strategy Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience required
- Familiarity with Recreation or Fitness programming is a plus
- Must hold Standard First Aid Certificate and C.P.R. Level C
- Experience in recreational settings preferred
