Job Title: Customer Success Specialist/ Partner – Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Location: Vancouver, Canada (Hybrid)

Duration: 12 Month with extension

Summary

We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist/ Digital Client Success Partner– Bilingual (English/Spanish) to support customers using SAP Cloud/SaaS solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for customer engagement, product adoption, issue resolution, and identifying opportunities to improve customer value.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide on-demand guidance and support to customers using SAP Cloud products.
- Manage customer engagement and follow-ups using Gainsight and ServiceNow .
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and drive value realization.
- Support customer adoption, retention, and product consumption.
- Identify potential cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
- Monitor customer health and proactively engage at-risk customers.




- Handle a high volume of customer interactions and inbound inquiries.
- Contribute to customer satisfaction, NPS, and Customer Success initiatives.

Requirements:

- 2-4+ year of experience in Customer Success, Client Engagement, Customer Experience, Consulting, Pre-Sales, or SaaS/Software .
- Strong customer-facing and relationship-management experience.
- Experience working with SaaS/Cloud products.
- Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency is required.
- Solid communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work with global and cross-functional teams.
- Gainsight and ServiceNow experience is a plus.
- SAP Cloud/SaaS experience, including S/4HANA Cloud, Ariba, or SAP Customer Experience , is a plus.
