This position requires your expertise in customs procedures and a proactive approach to solving compliance issues. You will also serve as the primary liaison for clients and Canada Customs to ensure smooth operations and resolve any inquiries. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customs brokerage processes per customer-specific SOPs
- Validate classifications and import taxes for client compliance
- Act as the first point of contact for Canada Customs
- File customs entries and coordinate shipment releases
- Monitor reports and rectify service failures Requirements:
- Minimum two years of customs brokerage experience
- Fluent in import regulations and compliance procedures
