Responsibilities

- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets using SQL, R, Python, and other analytical tools to identify trends and patterns.
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports with Tableau, Power BI, and other visualization platforms to communicate findings effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile project management practices to deliver data-driven solutions on time.
- Design and optimize database structures in Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and other database systems to ensure efficient data retrieval and storage.
- Conduct business analysis to understand stakeholder needs and translate them into technical specifications for data projects.
- Support the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for analytics projects, from requirements gathering through deployment and maintenance.




- Create detailed documentation using Visio and VBA scripts to streamline reporting processes and enhance data workflows.

Requirements

- Proven experience in data analysis with strong skills in SQL programming, including writing complex queries for databases like Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle.
- Proficiency in visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI to craft compelling dashboards that tell a story with data.
- Solid understanding of Business Analysis principles and experience working within Agile environments.
- Knowledge of SDLC processes for managing analytics projects effectively from start to finish.
- Hands-on experience with programming languages including R and Python for statistical analysis and automation tasks.
- Familiarity with database design principles, VBA scripting, Bash (Unix shell), and Visio for process mapping.
- Ability to interpret business requirements into technical solutions while demonstrating strong analysis skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Pay: $45,921.54-$111,499.94 per year
