DATA Scrum Master
Mississauga Ontario Canada Onsite
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Scrum Master with 11 years of overall IT experience to lead Agile delivery teams in a fastpaced and complex enterprise environment The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating Scrum ceremonies coaching teams on Agile best practices removing impediments and driving continuous improvement while collaborating with stakeholders across business and technology functions The candidate should possess strong leadership communication stakeholder management and Agile transformation experience preferably within Banking Financial Services Insurance Telecom Retail Healthcare or Technology sectors
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including
Sprint Planning
Daily Standups
Sprint Reviews
Sprint Retrospectives
Backlog Refinement Sessions
Coach and mentor Agile teams on Scrum principles Agile practices and Lean methodologies
Partner with Product Owners to ensure welldefined user stories acceptance criteria and prioritized backlogs
Track sprint progress team velocity burndown charts and Agile KPIs
Remove impediments and proactively resolve team blockers
Drive continuous improvement initiatives through retrospectives and process optimization
Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular status updates on project delivery
Support Agile transformation programs and organizational change initiatives
Facilitate crossfunctional collaboration among development QA architecture DevOps and business teams
Monitor project risks dependencies assumptions and issues
Ensure predictable delivery and alignment with business objectives
Guide teams in estimating planning and delivering quality software products
Promote Agile maturity and establish best practices across multiple Scrum teams

Compensation range: $100,000.00 to $125,000.00 per year
