Duties and Responsibilities

- Establish and maintain good relations with NAPA customers by providing courteous, efficient and professional delivery service of our products in a safe and timely manner
- Verify invoices to ensure that the correct products are pulled for customer delivery, assist with picking orders




- Organize pickup of customer returns without disrupting delivery efficiency
- Assist with keeping store in a neat and orderly manner including restocking shelf items and general cleaning duties
- Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a full and valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to use computers
- Automotive knowledge is a plus but is not necessary
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with the ability to work in a fast paced workplace
