- Welcome and greet patients and parents/guardians upon arrival, ensuring a warm and professional first impression - Schedule and book patient appointments, managing the schedule efficiently - Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a timely and professional manner - Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming recpetion area - Manage insurance administration including direct billing and liaising with insurance companies - Collect payments and close a balanced day - Additional duties may be assigned as required Skills & Experience We are looking for a professional who demonstrates the following clinical and interpersonal skills:
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal - Computer proficient; able to learn recent software quickly.
