Dental Treatment Coordinator / Office Manager A well-established dental clinic serving the Humber Bay community for over 20 years, specializing in cosmetic and implant dentistry, is looking for an experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator / Office Manager to join our team.

We are looking for someone who is professional, organized, confident with patients, and able to take ownership of the day-to-day administrative operations of a busy dental practice.

Responsibilities

- Present and coordinate treatment plans and submit estimates to insurance providers, including CDCP
- Discuss treatment fees, insurance coverage, and payment arrangements with patients.
- Follow up on recommended and unscheduled treatment
- Manage accounts receivable and outstanding balances
- Coordinate staff scheduling and coverage
- Maintain productive doctor and hygiene schedules while working toward daily production goals
- Oversee daily administrative workflow.
- Maintain strong communication between patients, doctors, and the dental team
- Prepare monthly financial reports on production and collections
- What We're Looking For
- Previous dental treatment coordination and/or dental office management experience
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology and treatment




- Excellent patient communication and organizational skills
- Confidence discussing comprehensive treatment plans and finances
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems
- ABELDent experience is a solid asset
- Experience with implant, cosmetic, or comprehensive restorative cases is an asset.
- Strong computer and technology skills

We are looking for someone warm and professional who can build trust with patients while keeping the administrativeside of the practice organized and efficient.

Full-Time | $36-$40/hour, depending on experience and performance.
