Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Desktop Engineer with strong experience in End User Computing (EUC), desktop support, endpoint management, and virtual desktop technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting Windows and macOS environments, managing enterprise endpoints, troubleshooting Microsoft 365 applications, and working with VDI platforms in a large-scale enterprise setting.

The role requires strong technical troubleshooting, endpoint administration, automation, and IT service management skills, with the ability to support global enterprise users.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide L3-level desktop and end-user computing support for Windows and macOS environments.

•Design, configure, manage, and troubleshoot enterprise endpoint environments.

•Administerand support Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, and SCCM/MECM.

•Manage endpoint policies, software deployment, patching, configuration, compliance, and device lifecycle activities.

•Support Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), Group Policy, authentication, and access management.

•Support and troubleshoot Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, VMware Horizon, and Remote Desktop Services.

•Provide technical support for Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, VPN clients, browsers,



plugins, and enterprise business applications.

•Troubleshoot endpoint connectivity issues involving Wi-Fi, LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, printing, and network access.

•Implement and troubleshoot endpoint security and compliance controls.

•Use PowerShell to automate administrative and endpoint management tasks.

•Manage incidents, problems, service requests, and changes in accordance with IT service management processes.

•Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and support procedures.

•Participate in desktop migrations, device refreshes, operating system upgrades, and enterprise endpoint transformation initiatives.

•Collaborate with infrastructure, security, application, and network teams to resolve complex technical issues.

•Support enterprise users across multiple locations and time zones when required.

Required Skills & Experience

End User Computing & Desktop Support

•8+ years of experience in End User Computing (EUC), Desktop Engineering, or Desktop Support.

•Solid hands-on experience with:

◦Enterprise endpoint computing

◦Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI)
