Your hands-on experience with Behaviour Support Plans will be invaluable in this position, which offers versatile scheduling including evenings and weekends. Commitment to ongoing professional development is encouraged. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with contextual work explanation under Team Lead’s guidance
- Support residents in budget planning and financial tasks
- Collaborate on the development of Individual Support Plans
- Facilitate medication management and reconciliation weekly
- Ensure homes are compliant through regular inspections Requirements:
- High school education or equivalent; 2-year diploma preferred
- Experience in social services or developmental disabilities
- Police clearance with vulnerable sector check
- Valid G driver’s license required
- Proven experience with Behaviour Support Plans (BSP) Support individuals in achieving their best lives within our Adult Supported Group Living Services.
