As we continue to scale, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the financial and strategic foundations of loyalty and customer solutions . This role combines deep loyalty financial expertise, strategic advisory, executive leadership, and growth enablement to help clients make confident investment decisions and unlock the commercial value of customer engagement.

Internal title: Director, Strategic Advisory The Director, Strategic Advisory will lead the financial strategy, business modeling, and commercial advisory components of complex loyalty engagements. You will partner with design strategy, analytics, research, and CRM teams to translate recommendations into financially sound, operationally feasible, compelling business cases and PnLs.

Job Requirements

- Proven expertise in loyalty financial strategy, loyalty economics, financial modeling, P&L; development, investment and scenario analysis, monetization streams, and business case development.
- Deep understanding of loyalty programs, customer engagement strategies & mechanics, and commercial growth levers that influence customer behaviour and business performance.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate and quantify the financial implications of loyalty and customer engagement solutions including investment requirements, revenue opportunities, cost implications, and expected return.
- Strong expertise in developing CFO ready financial models, scenarios, and recommendations to support senior executive decision making.
- Strong communicator with the ability to synthesize complex financial considerations into clear, compelling, and defensible recommendations, and build internal and client credibility and trust.

Education and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
- 8+years of relevant experience with accountability and responsibility for loyalty financial strategy and commercially viability solutions
- Significant experience in loyalty financial modeling, P&L; development, investment analysis, monetization valuations,



and business casing
- Experience working with senior executives include CFO, CEO, CMO and other C-suite stakeholders
- Experience in a consulting, or client-side loyalty leadership environment with the ability to balance strategic thinking, financial rigor, and practical business delivery.

Job Responsibilities Financial Strategy & Commercial Solutioning

- Lead the development of financial strategy components of complex loyalty and customer engagement solutions across B2C, B2B, and B2B2C contexts and a range of industries.
- Develop, oversee, and validate sophisticated financial models, loyalty economic levers, P&Ls;, investment cases, and financial scenarios.
- Translate loyalty strategy and design recommendations into clear financial requirements, value creation opportunities, and business outcomes, assessing key drivers of cost and incrementality, risks, trade-offs, and opportunities towards profitable growth
- Develop defensible recommendations that articulate financial returns, value creation, and implications for the business with the ability to confidently challenge assumptions and defend recommendations with Finance leaders.
- Partner with strategy design, analytics, CRM, research and other practice teams to ensure financial considerations are embedded into solutions.
- Support the development of scalable financial tools, methodologies, and approaches the strengthen Bond’s loyalty financial strategy capabilities.

Client Leadership & Advisory

- Build and maintain trusted internal and senior client relationships, acting as a strategic advisor on loyalty economics and commercial implications bringing strong financial acumen and strategic judgment to complex loyalty decisions and translating analysis into explicit, compelling investment recommendations
- Guide clients through ambiguity, align stakeholders, and build confidence in commercial decisions.

Subject Matter Expertise & Thought Leadership :

- Represent Bond as a recognized subject matter expert in loyalty financial strategy and commercial solutioning.
- Stay ahead of market dynamics, customer behaviour shifts, loyalty innovation,



and evolving approaches to customer investment, loyalty economic strategy, and value creation
- Bring informed perspectives on financial trade-offs, and emerging opportunities in investment and business modeling implications

Team Development:

- Provide leadership, mentorship, and coaching to Consultants to develop financial modeling acumen and capabilities
- Foster a collaborative, high performing culture aligned to both delivery excellence and growth ambition.
- Contribute to strengthening financial strategy capabilities, methodologies, and talent development

Job Benefits Compensation : The expected base salary compensation for this role is $ 136,330.40 - $167,217.20 CAD annually.
