Reporting to the Vice President of Manufacturing, you will oversee the Corporate Engineering function, establishing KPIs and ensuring alignment with business strategies. Your expertise will directly influence capital projects, maintenance, and sustainability efforts across all Jamieson sites. Key Responsibilities:

- Establish and lead Corporate Engineering across all Jamieson locations
- Define engineering KPIs and governance standards
- Evaluate and oversee complex technical projects




- Partner with production for expansion and equipment needs
- Manage CAPEX budget and financial reporting Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering; master’s preferred
- 10+ years of engineering experience in manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of capital project execution
- Expertise in smart manufacturing and automation
