Are you an experienced operations leader who knows how to turn production plans into results ?

We’re looking for a Director of Operations to lead manufacturing and wholesale operations, driving efficiency, quality, on-time delivery and continuous improvement across the business.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone who can balance day-to-day operational execution with long-term planning and growth while leading teams and improving the systems and processes that keep the business moving.

Salary : 100k - 120k per year

Location: Markham, On

What You’ll Be Doing

Operations & Production

- Lead day-to-day manufacturing and operational activities
- Oversee production planning, scheduling, capacity and workflow
- Ensure labour, materials, equipment and resources are aligned with production needs
- Drive efficiency, cost control, quality and continuous improvement
- Monitor key operational metrics including production output, labour efficiency, inventory, quality, costs and on-time delivery

Warehouse & Fulfillment

- Oversee warehouse, inventory, shipping, receiving and order fulfillment
- Ensure products and materials move efficiently throughout the operation
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, productivity and service levels

Leadership & Development

- Lead,



coach and develop production, warehouse and operations teams
- Build a culture focused on accountability, collaboration, safety and continuous improvement
- Support teams in achieving operational and business objectives

Systems & Strategic Growth

- Support ERP/MES implementation and systems optimization
- Standardize processes and improve operational workflows
- Partner with senior leadership on strategic initiatives, growth and operational planning
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and operational requirements

What You Bring
- Proven leadership experience in manufacturing and operations
- Strong knowledge of production planning, supply chain, inventory and fulfillment
- Experience leading teams in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
- Strong problem-solving, organizational and communication skills
- Experience with ERP systems and continuous improvement initiatives is an asset
- Garment/apparel manufacturing experience is strongly preferred
